No we do not have a standard pricing each project is unique we base it on both times and parts and difficulty but we try to be fair with their customers and always strive to provide more then we charge for
How did you get started in this business?
Got started after Working in the field at retail stores taking on their issues as computers first got into small businesses this evolved into our own repair business

Every kind a customer under the sun and we are fixed just about everything there is to repair

Not too long ago we did a repair on a computer for someone that was told it was unrepairable turned out to be actually something fairly simple and very quick turnaround customer was extremely happy couldn't believe they didn't have to buy a new computer
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find somebody that has a retail location not someone working out of their truck there are huge disadvantage first of all they will use whatever parts they have with them not necessarily the right part and if you have And if you will you be able to find them tomorrow after all they're only a cell phone yes having a business is more expensive but it's also much more reliable bottom line tomorrow morning will be here and you'll know where to find us
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How much are they willing to spend to repair the problem and how important is it to them but will simply a new computer do many times repairs are more than the cost of a replacement but that replacement will not have your data pictures files or even be the computer that you're familiar with
