What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main objective is to provide the best service possible. It's pretty easy when I set an appointment it is usually same day service. I want to make it very convenient for the customer. We will set an appointment for me to come directly to you. I am always on time. I don't mind if you sit in and watch me work. I will explain in detail what I'm doing and why I'm doing it. Before I leave we will go over the computer and make sure you are completely satisfied before I charge you. I accept all payment methods. I expect payment in full upon completion of the job. I guarantee my work and will come back if need be or your money back.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a A+ and net + certified computer tech as well as a mcsa certified computer technician.

I only charge 49$ per hour. That is my base price for all my services.
