What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get the led information I call them and ask them to explain the problem in their own words. I am usually able to give an estimate as to the length of time of service so the client is comfortable with me and my business. I then schedule an appointment which is generally in a short time as I know people want their problems fixed immediately
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Micorosft and Cisco certified with over 30 years experience
