What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk-thru consultation is the beginning of our work. We offer our clients a detailed assessment of the project with a strategy to meet the expectations, budget and timeline. Once the scope and cost is approved by the client, we send a client -focused questionnaire to understand their specific needs and lifestyle as well. Once the contract is signed we get to work! Our team of contractors get busy in sending estimates while the design team starts to design your the space. A design meeting is scheduled to present all proposed fixtures, layouts, furnishings and materials in the design packet. We review contractor estimates of work to further analyze the scope of work and process. Once the design is approved, we continue to refine and we start executing the design initiatives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Patricia has years experience in all facets of design from Fashion to Interior Design as well as product design. With a BA in Fashion Design and certificate in Autocad, she and her experienced team share many resources and knowledge.

Our pricing depends on the scope of work and what is needed to accomplish the design.
Our pricing is very transparent and inclusive to keep it simple and understandable with no hidden or duplicitous fees. We also share our trade discounts without charging back admin fees.
How did you get started in this business?
Patricia started her company after years working in corporate design companies in Fashion in NYC and later creating a line of compact accent furniture for small spaces and decorative set wing ware for Hospitality. The clients who purchased her items urged her to start designing their homes.

Patricia has worked with all types of clients from celebrities, investors and top executives to wealthy retirees and first home buyers with a family.

All designs are their own event since each client is very different. We are proud of all the homes we have created for our clients since each design represents who they are and the life they love.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research your pros. The lowest cost is not necessarily the best cost. Be aware that there are low bidders who end up charging you later so the budget ends up being much higher than expected. Years experience and a pro’s ability to design specifically for your style are the credentials to look for,
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Your Budget, timeline and a clear list of expectations are very important to consider in order for a pro to be able to give you a fair estimate of work.
