What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for an established company that offers high quality products and services, custom-made solutions to fit your needs, that can give you ample information about the different products there are in the market (value vs cost), and that you can rely on and trust will be there for you over time (in case you need to go back for a repair, or a different project)
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You need to think about what are you looking for to accomplish (e.g. improve the look & feel?...change layout?...repair a broken countertop?), how much do you want to invest, when would you like your project to be done (e.g. within the next 3 months?), and what is important for you (e.g. lifetime warranty?....quality?....durability?...ease of maintenance?)
