What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will normally ask for general customer info. We always ask what services they need and determine the earliest available appointment. We understand that you want things resolved as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a group of individuals that have many years of experience in the IT field. Certifications held are Comptia A+, MCSA & MCSE, CCNA etc.

Pricing depends on a few factors. We strive to make relationships with all our potential and current customers. Our prices are very competitive and our quality of service is 5 stars.
How did you get started in this business?
We all have had a technical issue on way or another. The frustration of not having your system properly working whether it is for a business for a residence, they are a bit annoying. Our group all have a passion for technology, basically we love what we do. So why not turn it into a business and make a living from providing excellent service and solving IT issues.
