Hello, my name is Kathryn. I am an extremely observant and reliable professional cleaner and organizer, with over fifteen years experience. I am adept at working with precision in fast paced environments and maintaining calm in challenging situations. I have cleaned Air B&B's, residential and historical homes, construction and new home cleaning and staging. I also managed a historic bed and breakfast in Traverse City, MI for over ten years. While there I cleaned the 9 suites, 12 bathrooms, two kitchens, all common areas and two full apartments on the property. I helped prepare and serve a formal three course breakfast, helped with decorating and upkeep of the Inn. I was also in charge of cleaning, polishing and maintaining the vast number of antiques. I interviewed, hired and trained all cleaning staff as well.
I have recently moved to Melbourne, FL and am looking for new clients and to continue my career in cleaning and organizing.
