Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always aim to provide a personal touch at every visit. A trained member of our team will come out, assess the property, and provide an estimate based on the package level you desire. There is never any pressure. We will leave you with the estimate to review and shop around. In a day or 2 we will provide a follow-up to see when we can get you scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured, as well as federally and locally registered. We have a combined 15+ years of experience both cleaning professionally and personally.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We price on the services requested. We do not do an hourly rate, as we dont want the customer or the cleaning specialist to feel slighted or rushed. We work on a flat rate system, and you will always know in advance what services you are paying for.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a variety of customers. We work with residential properties in the capacity of homeowners, realtors, and vacation rental maintenance..
We also enjoy working with the commercial industry by way of medical offices, professional buildings and management companies.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our team recently assisted an elderly woman clean out her house for renovation work to be done. In the process, we helped her purge items she no longer wanted and made it easier for her to part with certain things.
Once the renovations were over, she called up back in to unpack, clean and organize. Even though she was extremely pleased with the work we did, she was even happier to have the company in her home and the help in a stressful transition.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your due diligence. Don’t always go with the highest priced company thinking they will be better and don’t always go with the lowest thinking you are getting a deal.
Go with your instinct. Go with the company that you connect with, and trust will honor your directives. Most importantly, don’t be afraid to speak up. If you want something different done… SAY SO. We don’t know what we don’t know and every job is an opportunity to learn.
