What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask for pictures of the project to be sent and ask the customer to tell us exactly what they need done. We normally don't do in-person estimates because of high gas prices. We bill all handymen services by the hour and we will give you an estimated hourly total and you will sign. We charge by the Job to do the bigger jobs.

We have a basic pricing system of 85.00 per hour plus material supplied by the customer with a two (2) hour minimum $170.00 for two hours of handyman services. plus 0.6 % state taxes. Renovation and other projects are billed by the job based on the scope of work involve . The average bathroom renovation run 35-45 hundred.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Every person who claim to be a handyman is not a handyman. Ask if they stand behind their work. Always ask to see pictures of their work which should be in their phone, as we always take pictures before and after. And always remember you get what you pay for, cheap is not always good.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should always consider what the job entails, and the the cost for material. Consider that laber is generally two to three time the labor cost.
