What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First ask how they heard about Luigi's Pro-Painting then gather information on the inquiry. Give a rough estimate depending on details. Then there is a follow up quote with an invoice. We figure out colors of needed. After half of the labor cost has been paid we do a quality Luigi's Pro-Paint Job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of skilled experience in the residential construction industry.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Normal price range is $1-$5 per SQ ft of the house size. Sometimes more.
How did you get started in this business?
With many years working in the residential areas there was purpose, passion and calling to give a quality fresh coat of paint to anyone searching.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different races and religions. We are a non discriminating company.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At times we come across low ballers but it sets good knowing that we can come to a mutual agreement for both sides to win.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Remember that most of the time you're paying for the quality and positive energy that a company can bring not just the labor. Don't be scared to pay the extra money for a job well done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What quality of materials, tools and mind are being used. In other words "Get to know the pros."
Ask if they are willing to explain to you some of the process of how they will complete the job.
Their answers will give you insight if they will be quality or a waste of time and money.
