What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Familiarization with project: Initial phone call, receive photos of area to renovate, secondary phone call for me to ask questions and get a basic idea of what you would like to have completed. Free estimate give over the phone. Meet in person on site, go over entire project once again to make sure everything is accounted for. Contract written and signed by all parties. Deposit is given and you are placed on our calendar.

How did you get started in this business?
My father has been a tile contractor since 1970. I began my apprenticeship at age 9 in 1990, then worked the next 9 years until i graduated with him in any free time i had out of school.
