Anthony was very knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping design. I had trees removed and new one installed. He was professional and courteous. He provided a fee estimate and completed everything on time. He was upfront if there were any issues and provided a free service and maintenance plan for the year.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we receive a call from a potential customer, my office assistant creates a profile for them. She asks what services we can provide, and a timeframe they would like to get started. She then send a estimator to look a the property, and provides a free estimate. We then send a proposal over for review. We follow with the customer after the proposal is sent, and answer any questions. If the job is given, then we do a contract which is signed and we began making our customers happy.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 15 years of tree service and landscaping design experience.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

No. Each yard is different and pricing for trees is different. The only item standard is installation and delivery fees depending on the mileage.

How did you get started in this business?

I began working with a tree service company many years ago. I realized I had a passion and an eye for detail. This allowed me to start my own service and realixe my dreams.

I have worked with a variety of customers. Most are private owners of the homes. It varies from mid- to large sized yards. I have also worked with subdivisions on the common grounds.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I have the pleasure of working on a landscape design project for a 5 acre yard. The customers are really nice and are loving my designs and tree installations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would tell them cheaper is not always better. I would tell them to take a look at previous work and judge based on that. Also, be aware of fly by night comapanies that do not have the legal creditials.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1. What they looking to spend?

2. What is the priority of the work they need done?

3.Do you have the legal rights to work in the counthy?
