Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a call from a potential customer, my office assistant creates a profile for them. She asks what services we can provide, and a timeframe they would like to get started. She then send a estimator to look a the property, and provides a free estimate. We then send a proposal over for review. We follow with the customer after the proposal is sent, and answer any questions. If the job is given, then we do a contract which is signed and we began making our customers happy.
