What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick meeting at the home I am invited to clean. But sometimes that's not possible and I go in cold turkey. Occasionally potential clients send me photographs of the work to be done. No mess is too big- I've wrestled with all types! 22 years of experience!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my business, I worked in the hospitality industry. I loved it and I loved ensuring that people were happy. I love to clean a home and imagine the homeowner coming home and the first thing that they want to do is relax!
