When customers are satisfied I'm satisfied as well !!! I always try to do my best, be honest always is my motto.. I have been doing cleaning jobs for 14 years and My job cover , baseboard, ceiling, bedroom, bath, kitchen, dust, vacuum, mop, change sheet if needed . Please feel free to be in touch with me by texting or call you won't be disappointed . I don't do Laundry and Iron only cleaning. I have my own vacuum,rugs,mop and some cleaning supplies, but I would appreciate if you can help with products. I have my background checked already and i'm a citizenship

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always wanted to meet the customers in person and see the house before give any price that way i can give a fair price for each of us , I don't work for hours i work for job done . I can give a price online as well if the customers prefer. i will ask if the customers are looking for price or a good job, because my price is included a VERY good JOB . "We always have for what we paid" , if they are looking for price i will give the same price as my COMPETITORS to get the job .

I don't work for hours , i only work for job done i don't mind how many hours will take , usually for the first deep cleaning i charge double and will depend how the house is , sometimes customers had house cleaner before and i don't need to charge for deep cleaning . I'm a flexible person .
How did you get started in this business?
I started on this bussines 16 years a go when i just arrived here from my country ( Brazil) wasn't easy for me because i didn't speak english and i had to learn a new language a new culture a new everything . I lived in Boston MA for 14 years where a built a life there, I had a big house cleaner company there with a lot of lovely customers that i had the pleasure to share between 8 to 10 years togethers and now my older sister are taking care of them. Due to the Covid19 and tired of the Cold weather i sold my house and decided to start a new life in a place where the weather is warmer and similar to my country. I'M new here on homeguide but on care.com i have so many reviews and recommendation.
