What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i like to get to know the customer so i can visualize exactly what there envisioning. go over the whole process beginning to end so they know what to expect and not blind sided by anything the job intales.

27 plus years of housing construction experience. Floors staircases sheetrock painting texture cielings doors garage coatings etc.

we offer multiple different services flooring for instance is done by a square ft price depending on amount of footage and difficult y of layout. painting on the other hand in live in houses is based more on the job. new construction is more by the square ft.
How did you get started in this business?
ive installed floor covering since i was 19 years old. worked for a company that ran 5 trucks and installes anything from hospital flooring to sheet vinyl in houses. and im 48 now. Painting, remodeling, maintenance, trim carpentry, stairs. You name it...I've done most of it in the housing construction trade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
ive worked for them all. but know matter what kind they are when you show up...there the satisfied kind when were done. contractors home owners business owners etc.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
always research different products and materials. its your hard earned money get what you want. a perfect installation of something thats really not what you had inmind will never please anyone. make a realistic budget.
