What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am Jennifer the owner. I do the initial connect with custmers via phone. If its something that requires a visual estimate i send a specialist to your home. From that point, i look over the numbers, call back and give you the estimate for your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degrees in management positions.
Have owned two thriving landscape businesses.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No standard pricing system, no job is alike.
However for lawn maintenance, minimum 50.00
For projects that have to a visual estimate, there is a 35 dollar estimate fee, if you choose to proceed the 35 dollars comes off your bill.
We take cash , all credit card, cashier checks, and paypal.
