Turning Leaf Lawn Care And Property Management LLC
About
From a young age, I have always loved lawn care. I grew up on a large acre tract of land where landscaping was very important in North Florida. From that experience, I grew a love for lawn care. As a result, I grew a rather large business up north and decided to move back home to be closer to family. With that being said, I look to grow that same business here with love and attention to detail that is second to none. I have currently been in lawn care for 5 years. I also want to point out that I managed several large commercial accounts. One was a shopping center and the other was a marketing firm. I also held many residential accounts as well. I had all 5 star reviews while I owned my business up north. I am fair, honest and punctual and that is what it takes to run a successful business. I look forward to earning your business. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to meet with them and preferably walk the property. So this way, they can show me their expectations and while walking it, it will give me an opportunity to have a hands on understanding.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My educational experience is through 5 years of ownership and hands on experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No set standard pricing as each yard is unique as well as the customer preference so no one size fits all standard is attainable.
How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business by growing up on a large acre tract that was well manicured in which generated a love for it in which grew into opening my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers who are principals of schools, business owner's, single mom's elderly couples, middle aged families etc..
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
The event I would be most fond of was taking care of an elderly principal's property. The elderly man was extremely meticulous in nature. However, over due time, I was able to earn his approval and reference which also generated a great friendship beyond the business relationship.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say the biggest factors would be, experience and reliable commercial grade equipment. If they don't have experience, they will not know what to do or how to properly price. And if they don't have reliable equipment, then their dependability will suffer resulting in a poorly managed property.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What their expectations are, what their time frame is and am I ready to take on this project financially.
