What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a request we will call you to get more information about your home (square footage, pets, etc...), then we can provide you with a quote over the phone or set up a time to do a free in-home estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service providers must successful complete our Maidpro University training before being allowed to start working in homes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have different prices depending on whether you want a one-time-clean, a move in/out clean, bi-weekly, weekly or monthly service, etc... Best thing to do is to call us and in 10 minutes or less we can provide you with a free quote.
How did you get started in this business?
We opened our business in 2011. Since then we have grown substantially and, as of February 2018, we clean more than 700 homes each month.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are looking for a service, make sure the cleaner and company have general liability, worker's compensation and bonding insurance. Each one is different and all three are needed for your protection and peace of mind. Also, make sure all cleaners coming to your home have a clean background check. If they don't, then think twice about letting them into your house.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You can customize your cleans depending on your needs. Do you want the blinds and ceiling fans to be dusted every time? Perhaps you only need the "high traffic" areas done routinely. Normally the high traffic areas are the kitchen, bathrooms and floors. If that is all you need, just ask. Your clean can be customize that way saving you money.
