What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, it is important to understand what the customer needs are. Everything I offer is customized meet my customer's needs.

Hands on experience is second to none.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There are many variables to consider when pricing out a cleaning job. Each job is customized to fit the customer's needs. We do however offer free estimates.
How did you get started in this business?
Over the years, I've accumulated a vast array of equipment and materials for work around the house and what not. Rather than let the equipment sit and collect dust, I decided put it to use. Believe it or not, I find cleaning very soothing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential and commercial customers. There is no job too big or too small.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am always proud and fond of my daughters and the milestones they reach as they grow.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. Make sure the pro is on the same page as you and always verify that they are insured. Ask how and when they take payment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Is this something I can do on my own or something I just don't have time to do? To many, our services are more less a service of convenience and luxury. But there are some people who simply cannot perform the tasks and services we provide. We are glad to help anyone for any reason.
