What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I make sure I make contact within 30 minutes of a request. I listen to there needs and concerns. I pit together the best fit and we move onto to who will be servicing their home. Safety is a major concern for most people everyone from our ompany has been background checked in all 50 states.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in home services for years this is not my first company this is actually my third the other 2 are still up and running and successful . My workers have at least one year experience. We strive for success. I work in house cleaning along with hotels for 15 years so I know what customers want and need!
