What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give FREE diagnosis and estimate.
Either the customer can come to my home and drop off the computer or I can gladly come to them.
I will then figure out what is wrong with the computer...then discuss price (depending on cost of any parts needed)
I will then get your computer working properly and you will be very happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my knowledge - after school.-comes from trial and error...years of experience...and common sense.

Make sure you feel he is knowledgable and also has good references -as I do.

Should have a list of issues they are having with the product and solutions they have tried.
