What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make a price estimate for the client, based on the type of cleaning the house needs and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The estimate can be in person or through information sent by text message and photos. We carry out a first cleaning in the house, where an extra additional amount is charged, as we will be getting to know the house and how things work in the house according to the customer's taste, and after the first cleaning, we start to maintain the house with cleaning. regular every 2 weeks, monthly, or weekly, the price varying according to the frequency of cleaning and the need the house has.
