I'm excited about providing expert service with printer models I have expereince with over the past 15 years. Okidata (impact/dot-matrix), Epson(DFX series), HP Deskjet and Laserjet, Datamax , Avery Dennison 9800 series, and AMT-Datasouth A3300 are some of the products I have a history of experience with.
After 15 years of experience with specific types of dot-matrix printers, HP Deskjet printers, thermal label printers and other types of printers I have experience and confidence in assessing problems and providing solutions with those printers. I offer repairs, refurbishment, and exchanges - all backed with a solid warranty.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unless we're servicing a printer purchase from me I prefer you bring your printer to our location for repair or maintenance. Many repairs ready the next day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have relationship or formal training from the manufacture of your pinter other than obtaining replacement parts.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We chare a $50 diagnostic fee when you drop off the printer. That prepaid diagnostic fee will be deducted from the final repair bill. It is not refundable
How did you get started in this business?
This business was started in Davie Florida circa 1992 and moved to a warehouse in Hialeah in 2006.

We work with all types of businesses including freight forwarders, produce distributors, auto dealers and auto repair shops,
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
A repair without a warranty is a bad idea.
