What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started young as a gear head. Started professionaly at 22 working for Dodge Chrysler Jeep for 20 years as a ASE Certified Tech. 2005 started building 3 wheel scooters. Called Scootcoupe. 2010 started a small engine business.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You want a honest and knowledgable person working on your equipment. Do your home work check out the reviews to see how other peoples experiences has been.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The best thing a customer can do is be honest and give as much info of the problem so it can be repaired correctly. I find communication to be very important.
