Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer calls us to discuss their project, we schedule a free estimate or try to quote over the phone with pictures and job details. If hired, we take care of doing the job as soon as needed. Once the job is done, we make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a business education and over 10 years of practical experience in the industry of landscape. We participate in continuing education for all aspects of our business.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Basically, we charge $2 per square foot of sod material and installation labor. We upcharge for removing existing surface and/or leveling and grading grounds.
For bobcat services we charge $300 for the first hour of work and $150 for additional hours. We may need to be on-site to give you an estimate for the time the job will take.
How did you get started in this business?
Many years ago we tackled a small landscape project and continued doing so. We fell in love with the type of work and opportunities to excel in business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential and commercial customers. We also work with investors, real estate agents, and general contractors.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Not all professionals are created equally. Experience and job quality are very important, but you don't need to pay top dollar to get top service.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If you have pictures and measurements of the work that needs to be done you may be able to get a quote over the phone. Make sure you ask all the questions you may have for the pro.
