Nothing. This whole experience was an unmitigated disaster. He moved my toilet into the dining room and opened up the wall behind the toilet looking for a leak. When he couldn't find it there he turned his attention to another part of my home. I informed he couldn't tear apart my entire house looking for a leak even though the water had stopped seeping in after capping the pipe. He said "That's the nature of this business." It most certainly is not! You call in a leak detection company who can find it with proper equipment and without tearing up your whole house. The toilet sat in my dining room for two weeks until I could find a contractor to replace the drywall and the bathroom stank. I put a room deodorizer in there and shut the door. Do NOT use this man!!! Find someone licensed and insured (which I finally did). I wish I'd done this the first time around.
