What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule and meet new customer at place where cleaning to be performed.
Inspect hard surfaces to be cleaned for sound condition and type of soiling.
inspect upholstery or carpet fiber type and check for wear and tear to determine how well we can clean surfaces.
Give customer price and estimate of time needed to meet their expectations.

Upholstery by linear foot 12 to 18 dollars per lf. Most materials $12 per ft.
carpet by square foot 20 to 30 cents per.
tile and hard surfaces 25 to 35 cents per
general cleanup or windows $35 per hour per tech

Worked for good friend back in 1990's until he sold business

a few thousands including all types of residential, commercial, and industrial
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Post construction cleaning where we removed dust from all surfaces and personal items andfurnishings in home. Then steam rinsed hard flooring and rugs. Also cleaned exterior entrance that contractor had dusted heavily.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone that doesn't talk too fast or rushes a job. "If you want to get a job done sooner, take your time and do it once.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
expectations of results, time involved,protecting surfaces, price, and safety concerns for workers, pets, children, and elderly people.
