I decided to open Best Cleaning and recovery services after a water damage happened on my own property. Their contract and the service they provided made me realize that I could just work the same line of business but offering a hassle free process, meaning no Aob and no lien or money upfront to the customers. It has worked out great with my clients and right now after 5 years in business, we are happy to say that we will be here for a long time giving our customers the best rates and services in town.

We are certified and licensed to operate in the state of Florida as a water restoration company and also providing homeowner with estimates of losses after a water damage. We offer water damage, fire damage, smoke damage and Mold restoration including air restoration services.
