Benjamin fixed my leak problem. A previous plumber had left the overflow valve pipe hang down behind the tank so water spilled down onto the floor and seeped behind the washer and dryer making it look as if the leak came from the laundry equipment. He not only fixed it but made a suggestion re how to dry the mess up quickly to avoid mold. I would definitely call him again should I need help with plumbing.
