What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial call, we go and see the the customer to give him an exact estimate for the work we can help with. We email him the detailed estimate and follow-up on his approval.
only when the job is completely done and out to the expectations of the client we send an invoice. Payments can be done by cash,cheque,creditcard or wire transfer.
