We give exceptional service every time. We clean much harder than most, and the results are always worth it. We love to see our customers smile and it feels good to know we did a great job.
We enjoy making our customers feel like their place of business had a makeover or remodeling done, when in fact we only cleaned it to the most pristine condition possible. It feels good to "wow" each client. That's what we enjoy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out exactly what the customer needs so that we can determine if we are capable and able to fulfill them. Agreeing on a set day to complete the task, as well as a price that we are both happy with. Making sure that we do everything we can to make the custome happy- we never walk away from an unsatisfied client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in Interdisciplinary studies and my partner has an associate degree in business. We have both worked for Shine Joy Cleaning for years before branching out on our own. We have experience in cleaning businesses from restaurants to hospitals and churches, as well as houses; although we do not prefer to clean residential, we do have that experience. We can pressure wash your driveway or pool area, clean windows, watch your home, and preform most handiman services without breaking a sweat.
How did you get started in this business?
We worked with my mom and her business "Shine Joy Cleaning" for a long time and then we decided to branch off on our own.
