What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have always enjoyed the in-person estimate myself but now due to covid-19, we are changing this policy.
First, I will contact you and discuss the work you need done.
then I will offer a virtual estimate where we will video chat and I can see the work space
after that it will take me an hour or two and I will email you the proposal which you can then counter, accept or reject. Here at Sparkling Utopia, we prefer the more streamlined approach because we know our clients lead busy lives and we want to take some of the load.
How did you get started in this business?
I started Sparkling Utopia, when I noticed there are a million companies that do all these separate things which meant the people were wasting time having to hire separate companies to do these jobs instead of just going to one company for all their needs. So now, they can go to one. Sparkling Utopia your one stop for all your home care service needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Honestly, when I am quoting a home care service job, I always ask the client if they have any product preferences and if so, what are they.
You never know what people may be allergic to and that is a risk no one should be willing to take.
