I believe with open communication, respect for my clients, and enjoying what I do goes a long way. I treat all my clients as an extension of family. Remembering birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions for that personal touch. 

I love cleaning, I always have. There is a feeling of satisfaction once finished. That clean smell, almost like a spring morning. 

I enjoy meeting new people, each with their own story. I even enjoy the business aspect. I chose cleaning because I honestly love it. 

I believe if you love your job it isn't work at all, and to go above and beyond for a client should be expected of anyone.

    While it takes 6 hours when Amazing Cleaning with Leslie leaves my home smells like Spring time Rain. I have never had a company that offers the choice of small of cleaning products. At first I was surprised by the choices, Green Clean Products or Regular, Choice of Essential Oil Smell added, Non Bleach products, Mop or Swiffer, having my sheets changed or just bed made, washing bedding and towels or other laundry. The choices went on and on. Now I am happy. I am a single guy who works 60-80 hours a week, I leave the key under the mat and come home and my weekly laundry is done and other weekly chores. Amazing Cleaning with Leslie truly makes my life easier.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I have a potential client contact in my service the first thing I strive to do is to make them feel welcome and wanted. My service is about them, making their lives easier. I asked them to explain to me what they're looking for, answer a short list of questions to give me a better scope of what cleaning package would work best for them. I give them the option to have an online / over the phone estimate or if they would like me to come out to their home for an estimate.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a housewife the majority of my life. As a housewife cleaning was a daily occurrence.  Once I began cleaning in a more professional mannerism I took some information real courses. To list a few:

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I typically charge by the square footage with ranges from $0.07 sq ft up to $0.15 a square foot depending on the cleaning package the client chooses.

If a client prefers an hourly rate I charge between $20 up to $35 again depending on the cleaning package the client chooses.
