What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather information from customers during first meeting so we can prepare 3 D drawings and detailed estimate. Once we contract for the job we start and do not leave until customer is satisfied with all aspects of the work. We have many references that would attest to this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Gil Valdes holds a Bachelor of Science in construction engineering from University of Florida. This is a four year profesional degree specifically for construction in Florida. However 28 years providing remodeling services in South Florida has taught me many lessons amoung them is to try and learn something everday.

All remodeling jobs are different and require a visit to jobsite. I gladly will visit your home, prepare 3 D drawings and a detailed estimate free of charge to you.
