What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, we generally like to talk to them via phone to get any specifics needed for the job. We then get their address for the job and request it via text message along with a full name and email address to send estimates and/or invoices. Once we have gone to take a look at the property, we get an estimate out within 24 hours and we work from there to get you on the schedule for service.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is a general rule of thumb as far as pricing, but it all depends on the project and the property. That's why we come out to put feet on the ground and eyes on the project before giving a free estimate.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with residential home owners as well as commercial properties. We also work with custom home builders, management companies, and realtors, just to name a few.
