What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer requests a day/time for services. I claim the job. I arrive a few minutes early so I can meet with the customer and see what the customer wants to have done. I do the work, then I make sure the customer is happy before I leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 23+ years' cleaning experience. I have worked in hotels, houses, and I have worked for the Cocoa Housing Authority. I cleaned, painted, and repaired houses in the Cocoa Projects.
