I think my business stands out because I work alone and I'm detailed oriented. I'm honest, reliable, trustworthy and I'm pretty flexable with my schedule. I have 10 + yrs of housekeeping experience. I worked in a 5 star Hotel for a few yrs. worked for a residential cleaning company for a few yrs. and in 2017, I decided to go on my own. I currently don't have a licensed or insured business yet, and that's because I lost some of my clientele due to their personal reasons and also because I haven't really advertised anything, most of my clientele come from "Word of mouth".
I'm going to have to say meeting new people, and the bond we end up having, and being able to help keep some stress off of people, by them not worrying about having to clean their house when they come home from work, or on their days off, etc. I also love the reactions to people coming home to a fresh clean home and hearing their beautiful compliments. It makes me feel really good.
Everything was cleaned immaculately even the things you'd have thought never would be clean again. The billing was detailed and you knew exactly where your money was going. Which is nice since I was never home during the cleaning
Chat with them over the phone, to get an idea of what all they want done, then set up a day & time that works best for them, for me to come out and take a look at what they want done, and discuss pay rate and all that, then set up another day for me to come clean. ;)
