What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new customer is to access the customers needs and we set up a day and time that works for both of us to conduct the estimate and go over everything the client needs to be done.
Also effective September 1, 2022 there will be a $50.00 fee for any appointments, questions about any of our services before you book with us and that can be paid by venmo, zelle or cashapp. Just FYI if it's paid by cashapp you MUST send $2.00 over for the fee thank you !!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this Industry for over 25 years ranging in positions as a Housekeeper and working my way up to a Supervisor. And I have Graduated College in 2016 with my Associates in Hospitality Management and I received my Bachelors Degree.
