What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to get familiar with the property and how the customer would like their property cleaned. We always come prepared to clean glass, stainless steel, marble and granite, vinyl, and laminites.
During our initial walkthrough, we will gather the information we need to begin cleaning by learning the specifics of what the customer expects to be done and what will be included and excluded with their cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Business Management and have over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial cleaning.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing starts at $45 per hour for residential services and $55 per hour for commercial services.
Standard house cleaning packages range from $125-$275, depending on the size of the property and the work to be done. This cleaning will include cleaning the bathrooms, hallways, kitchen, and common areas. Bedrooms will be discussed upon initial walkthrough.

Although the Covid Pandemic struck the world leaving behind catastrophic losses, it also opened the eyes and hearts of people all over the globe. It helped strengthen families and relationships, brought forth more unity, inspired creativity, and birthed a nation that now has more entrepreneurs and business owners than ever before.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are thinking about hiring a professional to clean your property, cheaper options are not necessarily the best options. Our rates are based on the amount of work we put into our jobs, and the thorough cleaning we know we will provide.
