We are in business since 2019, located in Wilmington-Delaware.

Our team is composed of 4 people.

We offer a service to residential, commercial, wholesale, short-term rentals houses (Airbnbs, Vrbo), community housing etc, in Wilmington-De and all surrounding areas.

We have clients located in Wilmington-De, Newark-De,, New Castle De, Middletown-De, West Chester Pa, Exton-Pa, King of Prussia-Pa, Glen Mills-Pa, Morton-Pa, Prospect Park-Pa, Woodlyn-Pa, Holmes-Pa, GlenoldenPa, Newtown Square-Pa, Media-Pa, Haverford-Pa, Garnet Valley-Pa, Upper Chichester-Pa, we are able to travel to all of these surrounding areas that we already have been working at.

We provide all cleaning supplies and will use top-quality products for each surface: stones (marble, granite, quarts), glasses, tile , wood furniture polish and cleaner, antibacterial and disinfectant for bathrooms (soap, Clorox, Lysol power), stainless steel, pumice stone, white eraser, vinegar or Murphy oil or Bona for the floors, microfiber cloths, etc. We are also able to provide any specific product that you would like to use in your house to ensure your property sparkles, feel fresh and cleaned.

We LOVE pets, and we have many clients with dogs, cats, birds etc.

Our priority is to provide our best job ever, respect our clients, honesty is very important for us since we are going to people’s houses, loyalty and trusting people as a cleaner, employees and clients.

We are a certificated company, with liability insurance and workers compensation.

Usually we do a deep cleaning first if the house is in needed to make sure it will be well cleaned to move forward with the maintenance service for every week or every two weeks or once a month (every 4 weeks).

Price varies depending on the frequency, size, pets, tidy up before our arrival time etc.

*Regular cleaning (maintenance) starts at 8 cents/sqft to 15 cents/sqft.

*Deep cleaning starts at 20 cents/sqft to 40 cents per sqft.
