She did a move out house cleaning and charged $315. She asked to be alone in the house because it was easier to work. Upon our return, our vacuum cleaner and metal trash can were missing. We had to contact her and have her drive them back. Luckily she did, because it was a dyson. Even though she did some cleaning, she didnt do everything we talked about in advance and my husband and I were cleaning for an additional 3-4 hours after she left. I would not recommend her services and I wish I would have just done the cleaning myself because this just added stress to my move out day. I contacted Jennifer right after her services to let her know which areas she had missed and that I would like a partial refund, but she didnt respond to my email.
