What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to what the customer wants us to do and then we take what they have told us and explain how we are going to get their office or house to the clean they deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has been with us for many years and go through an extensive 6 week training program with supervision and then once they are on their own we have our field supervisors that check on the cleaners to make sure all is ok and to assist them with any issues they may run across.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Its hard to have a standard pricing system for the simple fact that each house/office is different and unique in its own way. What I mean by that is each office/house has different square footage, some offices or houses may need a lot more attention then others so its hard to have a basic pricing system.
How did you get started in this business?
Many years ago my uncle used to own a cleaning company and I used to help him clean and I loved it. I loved taking something that looked dirty and make it look clean again.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have cleaned just about everything. We clean Commercial Offices as well as residential cleaning. We even do move out/move in cleanings. We do weekly/Monthly bi-weekly cleanings, as well as deep one time cleanings.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We do cleaning for a charity called Cleaning for a Reason and they provide cleanings for cancer patients that are undergoing cancer treatment and unable to do things like clean their house and we offer our services for this charity to clean their house for free which makes us all feel good inside because we are making someone's day
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure your going to pick a company that will offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee so if you do have an issue they will come back out to correct the issue at hand. Also VERY IMPORTANT make sure the company you choose is Licensed/Bonded and insured. Some companies offer low prices and reason is they do not have to pay the insurance overhead and the first time something is brok or stolen they have no insurance.
