What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
get a layout of work to be done .
you can not just give someone numbers and think your getting best price possible.
Job needs to be seen so you can get a layout of what's involved, like acces to concrete ,machines to take out dumpster if needed ,pump if you can't get concrete truck to pour where needed there's more factors that need to be looked at than just numbers .
Get ok to start when bid is accepted and a deposit down to start work and then a percent of total on day of work set up then balance due day of concrete being placed .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 yrs in construction and union training as a member of local 592 cement masons since 1999 also decorative concrete training and epoxy coatings .

Depends on job but can be around 10 to 15 dollars a sqr ft for regular concrete and 15 to 20 for stamp concrete
