What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have all the information about the job before giving the customer a quote. This way we can ensure the quote will be as accurate as possible. Our website has a detailed form that we ask all customers to complete prior to our first contact. Once we receive all of the info we need concerning the job we contact the customer with a customized cleaning plan and a quote for services. Once the customer agrees, the contract is signed and we set up a convenient time to come in and do what we do best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Sanitation Specialists go through rigorous training so that they are familiar with the correct cleaning methods for all different types of materials. They are then tested on their knowledge with an exam. Once completed, they receive a certificate identifying them as Sanitation Specialists with our company. In addition, our products specialist continually tests new products on the market to see if they are effective and a good fit for our cleaning regimen. Once a product is selected our Sanitation Specialist are given all the information about the product so that they know when, where and how to use it.

We have worked with all kinds of customers including homeowners, renters, apartment managers, restaurant owners, hotel managers, store owners, real estate investors and office managers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure to look for a company that can do more than just clean. Make sure they are knowledgeable about cleaning solutions and cleaning methods specific to each job. Ensure they are honest and trustworthy and have referrals. Look for companies that are flexible and can work with your schedule and make sure they are licensed and bonded. Be sure there is a contract in place and a checklist that details each area that should be cleaned, including any extras that may not normally be included.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should make a list of all the rooms they need cleaned including the bathrooms. If possible include the square footage of each area. Write down exactly what you expect to be cleaned in each room and any extras you need done. For instance pet areas that you would like cleaned, the number of windows, the inside of the refrigerator and upholstered items you may need cleaned. All of these may invite an extra fee.
