We like to have all the information about the job before giving the customer a quote. This way we can ensure the quote will be as accurate as possible. Our website has a detailed form that we ask all customers to complete prior to our first contact. Once we receive all of the info we need concerning the job we will contact the customer with a customized cleaning plan and a quote for services. Once the customer agrees, the contract is signed and we set up a convenient time to come in and do what we do best.
Our Sanitation Specialists go through rigorous training so that they are familiar with the correct cleaning methods for all different types of materials. They are then tested on their knowledge with both a women exam and a hands on exam. Once completed, they receive a certificate identifying then as Sanitation Specialists with our company. In addition, our products specialist continually tests new products on the market to see if they are effective and a good for for our cleaning regimen. Once a product is selected our Sanitation Specialist are given all the information about the product so that they know when, where and how to use it.
