What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school dipoma with some college. I have worked for 2 professional cleaning companies handy for 6 years and homeaglow for 3 years. And then I've been same Airbnb cleaning for DC BEE Clean for 3 years.
