What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phonecall to the client to discover their painpoints and needs then a preliminary trip if appropriate to phisically see the job requested to provide an accurate quote then proceed to execute the job and 3 days after a follow up call to make sure everything is working properly.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically it's charge per hours unless it is a pre priced job such as a system build for $100.
How did you get started in this business?
I was in college and many people in the dorms kept on having computer issues so I started off working for free pizsza and it evolved from there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Students, restaurants, families, and hotels.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they try to remember details of the issue such as error codes, or symptoms to help expedite the techs ability to serve you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have the appropriate arrangements been made for any potential downtime for the piece of tech.
