I personally like when i get call back from my clients asking me to do more work for them or a family member. When I get a call back or the client tells me they were referred, it solidifies my work as aces. I do great work and my track record shows it, i enjoy maintaining that track record.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Meet with client (either via Phone or In-Person)
-Quote job (unless is through HomeGuide where quote goes first)
-Agree to scope of work
-Perfrom agreed job until complete
-Follow up with client post completion

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Residential is $100/hr plus hardware (in most cases 30 additional minutes are included for free for travel)
Commercial is $160/hr plus hardware (in most cases 30 additional minutes are included for free for travel)
**both are subject to $0.50 per mile travel charge on any travel longer than 15 miles from HQ**
How did you get started in this business?
When I was about 10 yrs old my father bought me my first computer, a Packard Bell. I have been hooked to technology ever since. Then I started working for other established firms and noticed that cliets were meerly numbers and I can cater to the clientele much better.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential and commercial clients. For the commercial side I have worked with clients from a vast array of industries. From grocery stores to law firms.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't be afraid to ask questions. Whom ever you hire, they should be straightforward with everything you ask. Tehy need to be knowledgeable enough to answer any question you may have.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The more information each side has the better chance each side has of getting what they want. So I say ask all and any questions that come to mind, that goes for both pro and client.
