Little Giant. Lawn Mower Service And Repair

Absolutely outstanding service. I wish I had found Joe years ago. My mower hasnt worked this well since it was new and maybe not even then. Joe is a complete professional who takes his craft seriously and produces amazing results. Very reasonable rates and turn-around time. I only just discovered Little Giant a month ago but I wouldnt go anywhere else for mower service now. Highly Recommended.

I cant say enough good things about Joe. He reached out to me almost immediately after putting in my search on HomeGuide for lawn mower repair. Within a couple of days he was at my house. We discussed possible issues and he even gave me an estimated cost to repair it. He loaded my mower up and brought it to his repair shop to diagnose. He called me later that day to let me know what he found out and even discovered that the deck wasnt the proper deck for that mower. (Of course it wasnt. I did buy it used after all) We discussed cost to repair it so it would run and he gave me the option of doing a whole tune up, replace filters, grease, the whole nine yards and what that would also cost. He was very transparent about everything. He even told me when he would probably have it completed. I think a day or two went by and got a phone call saying it was completed. (Days before he estimated) We set up a time for him to bring the mower back to me. When he arrived he jumped on the mower and it started like a dream. He even adjusted the deck so it wasnt just hovering above the ground. I can actually pull it in to my shed now!!! 😃 He went over everything he did to it and I must say I couldnt be more pleased. If you need repairs, call Joe. Hes a class act!! I highly recommend him. Thank you Joe. I wish I would have started out with you first. Joe from Little Giant Lawn Mower Service was able to identify and solve my old White Outdoor Tractors mowing deck issues, mechanical issues; spindle, belt and Tire repair. I truly appreciate Joes flexibility in coming out at moments notice. He is a problem solver and called me to discuss the issues and cost for approval before moving ahead.

Joe did repair and tune up work on my 15 year old Sears riding mower and my 22 year old Troy Built high wheel walk behind mower. Both were showing their age but Joe got their various belts, carburetors, electrical systems and such repaired and or replaced as needed at a cost that I would estimate to be half of what any other vendor would charge. Joe sees each mechanical problem as a personal challenge and tackles it with tenacity. Both machines are fully operational now. Give him a try.
