Do not sacrifice quality just for price. You will pay one way or another down the road. Great work is not cheap and cheap work is never great. Hire a well seasoned PRO to guarantee a long lasting quality results for your investment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Their budget for the project. I ask this question at each initial consultation and in 90% of the cases I am not given an answer. Some people are of the total misconception that the contractor is just looking what they can charge. In my case I want to know what I can offer my potential client for the price. You don’t go to a luxury car dealer to purchase a new car if you budget is $ 25,000. I want to be able to steer my client toward what’s in the budget and at the same time get them the most for their budget.
