What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about what they want from a cleaning service. We also talk about any areas of concern and how to address those particular problems. I explain how we clean and what they can expect to gain from using our services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience cleaning for people with allergies. I grew up in a household with family members who had allergies. I also spent a year prior to starting Green Clean researching and testing products and equipment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have all types of customers. I have many customers who are empty nesters and want the freedom from household chores, retirees who travel and want to spend more time enjoying their retirement, working moms and stay at home moms who need an extra hand and single people that are busy.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I did a post renovation cleanup of a large beautiful house on the water. It was very detailed work with crown molding in every room.
